Our little ones are growing up so fast! Boom-boom's kids are 4 weeks old already and teaching the new guys the ropes. Just over a week old, Pockets' kiddos were due for their debudding. Farmer Dave decided that he'd seen the process enough times it'd be just as well to save ourselves the expense and long drive by doing the debudding on our urban farm. Not my favorite decision. I'm just as happy to have that entire experience happen as far away from me as possible. None-the-less, I managed to make myself scarce and all is well. They handle it much better than I do, all of them trotting off and practice sparring with their sibs right away.
Everyone is now disbudded and vaccinated.
